I am writing this before actually using the product at this time, but I can definitely speak to the quality of customer service of this seller. Chelsea is the very picture of a seller that cares about her product-her instructions, manuals and videos on this printer is thoroughly useful for setup and use. The refurbished converted XP-15000 I received was well packed, she has kept me updated on all parts of the order preparation and is just a message (and a timely reply) away. Per instructions I am currently bringing my craft room to 60% humidity to extend the life of my inks and will be setting up my CISS and cartridges as soon as my hygrometer (included in bundle!) reaches the optimal percentage. I will try to be back after setting up to review the printer, but if the service is this perfect, I'm not worried 😊

If you have ever feared taking the plunge....Don't!! I had a technical issue going on with the software. NOT the printer and she literally stayed on with me ALL DAY! I am not kidding! She truly goes the extra mile and setting up her bundle system was a breeze! There are tutorials and step by step directions leading you into a successful addition! This printer prints amazing prints and the ink is good quality! You cannot go wrong purchasing from her!

I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea! From the steady updates on shipping, to the step by step set up guide, all the way to the troubleshooting guidance (simple error in the digital program not even the printer!) Chelsea has been phenomenal to work with! I highly recommend this printer, but specifically from her!
Chelsea's customer service was phenomenal! As I made the purchase and accidently purchased the same item 2xs Chelsea within minutes caught it and reached out to me immediately to inquire about the real total of purchases. This made my heart so glad bc I didn't know how long this process would take, seeing that the transaction was made around 9 pm. However, she canceled the wrong purchase and refunded the money right back into my bank account. So, I just want to let you know Chelsea I appreciate the expedited customer service you worked out for me. Thank you! On another note, I just received my DTF printer on today. You will not go wrong by buying this DTF printer , it hads a field up to 13x19 print out , prints out is beautiful! You have any question before or after buying the DTF printer Chelsea is wonderful helping and answer any of your question, she has help me so much.
